I worked In USA pret store from 2019- lockdowns & was working as a trainer But doing Lead Kitchen work like daily ordering , doing computer work& running kitchen alone w/o servsafe due to low staff & NOT being paid for such position work. come to find, i didn’t get my holiday banks cuz I was incorrectly changed to part-time by a angry ex manager BUT i was working 50+hrs prior a week. The manager was fired for sexual harassment & pushing workers to work for free. We had NO replacement manager ever & store NEVER reopened Post covid. Now I have zero references too. The manager usedd to joke abt only hiring females for their looks & forced all females to work registers for rush while male kitchen employees got to stay in the back. He’d also up the production but expect it to be done in the same time plus taking catering orders to delivery too. The 3 male leads used to pas the managers harassment as no big deal too. It took him speaking sexual things of a child to be reported by a minor worker. The A/c was out all summer in the kitchen & food made at 100f temps thanks to manager doing nothing too.
