Except, a similar review from a Team Member recently, quote:
“Not as they present it”
“Too much stress for poor pay. They expect you to work like machines so if you’re not fast enough you are not worth it for them. Managers are abusive and take advantage of team members. No balance between life/work, you spend all the time in there. Overtime is not payed.
Advice to Management

I worked at Pret A Manger and survived systemic workplace bullying during bereavement that involved HR, the top leadership, HQ and even the now “retired” former CEO Clive Schlee. I declined 4 settlement offers if I am silent about my ordeal. But I rather starve and speak out to help others.
