How much does it take?

Andrej (PAMSU) tweeted for 6 years after he was fired for having started a Trade Union.

Once I came along on Twitter in 2018, he stopped tweeting. I get it that he was tired. But I don’t appreciate that he never replied to my email, Facebook messaging, and even lied to a journalist. Not good Andrej.

I understand that this is AGAIN about a FEMALE speaking out, and you males shutting down.

I don’t need you.

Facebook group “I Hate Pret” posted in 2011 and then a few years after that. And then stopped.

I myself wrote an Encyclopedia on Pret in 3 years that journalists pretend to not care about, while drooling over it, trying to figure out how not to plagiarize.

So, when journalists come across my story and website, they do one of the following depending on the person:

  • They pretend to not care and ghost (while checking out your website)
  • They REPLY that they are interested, trying to lure you in to share more than they can handle
  • They really don’t care, and in that case, they have other projects worth investigating. But the main thing is, you will know a bullshitter miles away.

When I stared to write publicly on Pret, I wanted to write down my story and die. I wanted the public to know that there are Pret staff who suffer and why they died.

The public and journalists are catching up now. But in the end they don’t care.

I contacted hundreds of journalists.

Most continue to play-pretend to not care.

You won’t be remembered in my book.

I worked at Pret A Manger and survived systemic workplace bullying during bereavement that involved HR, the top leadership, HQ and even the now “retired” former CEO Clive Schlee. I declined 4 settlement offers if I am silent about my ordeal. But I rather speak out to help others. For an overview of important blog entries of my experience with Pret, please visit “My Ordeal with Pret A Manger”. The little arrow to the right next to each heading will lead directly to the post.
An incomplete list on what other Pret staff say about Pret’s bullying environment: Caught in the Act Bullying at Pret.
I tell my story for the first time verbally in below audio player interview on a podcast by The Adam Paradox, and wrote two articles in the Scottish Left Review.
