I stumbled upon a doctor post on Facebook by Dr. Jules Cormier and left a critique, and was of course blocked by him. So far to free speech and openness to receive feedback. Apart from his article seeming to be just self-serving, wanting the applause of people, especially from women who are conditioned to cater to men, the issues I have is below the quoted text. This would be a doctor I would steer miles away from.
Because he blocked me, not open for dialogue, I write much harsher now to put across the point not to play with lives and stop disrespecting women.

Part quote:
“I hear a lot of interesting things in my line of work.
I once had a patient tell me she avoided eating “big strawberries” because they were “pumped with chemicals and sugar”, while she had a 600 ml Sprite in her purse.
One of my patients refused mammograms because of the radiation, only to get diagnosed with breast cancer when it was too late.
Here is what I would tell my patients if I was not afraid of hurting their feelings.
I would tell them that you do not need to fear microplastics if you are drinking two glasses of wine every night.
Microplastic research is concerning, but still in its early stages.
Alcohol, on the other hand, is already a classified carcinogen that increases the risk of nearly a dozen cancers, even at low doses.
You’re fearing the wrong thing.
I would tell you that there is no need to worry about oversized strawberries being “full of chemicals” if you are drinking a Pepsi loaded with 50 grams of sugar.
I would tell you that there is no need to fear the 0.4 millisieverts of radiation from a mammogram every two years, unless you are also ready to cancel your cross country flights, which expose you to similar levels of radiation.
…
People spend most of their energy worrying about things that do not move the needle, while stepping over dollars to pick up pennies.
Dr. Jules”
End of quote.
Now I totally agree with the food aspects, sleep, how to deal with stress etc. But here this doc is doing what many male, especially young doctors are doing, he tells a story that doesn’t sound legitimate (strawberries vs Sprite, then he changes to Pepsi). Any woman who has had ongoing bad experiences with their doctors, being patronised, not believed and even physically hurt, and in some cases even sexually assaulted by male doctors, will cringe reading the above quoted text.
For starters, he portrays women as stupid and scared little puppies. He claims that a female patient is scared of “big strawberries” while supposedly having a Sprite bottle in her bag, he later changes to Pepsi. Then women supposedly are scared of radiation. Maybe they are, or maybe they lied to the doctors for other reasons.
Doing research on mammograms and the experience of women who share that mammograms are extremely painful. It SQUEEZES the breasts abnormally and can cause injury. Mammograms also aren’t as accurate as we’re brainwashed to believe. And they are out-dated.
On the NHS, women are sent to mammograms but in private medicine women can request ultrasound or other screening-types available.
The male dominated medical industry would never squeeze the testicles of men for prostrate cancer. But women are as usual subjected to painful and humiliating treatments.
A nurse also once told me when I asked for alternatives, that when a NHS patient finds a lump in the breast, she can request to get alternative screening and not mammogram. There is alternative screening, but they don’t want women to know this. Mammograms are also not always accurate.
Here is how breasts are being squeezed the heck out of, at 3:00 onwards. And the typical fear mongering about 41% or whatever numbers women are not able to research facts.

This video is good, this doctor demonstrates how breasts are squeezed via a balloon:
.
So, this is about EDUCATION and not accepting the brainwash and gaslighting women receive since birth to believe everything they’re told, especially by male doctors who administer medicine tested for and on behalf of men.
There have been quite a few videos on YouTube about alternative screening, but those have disappeared. But keep looking, keep asking for alternatives, keep doing your own research.
Do your own research! And stand up for yourself.
Dr. Jules Cormier says that “you are fearing the wrong thing”. Exactly! He does the TYPCAL thing that gaslighting doctors do, they swap fear with another fear, as long as women remain in fear. If a woman doesn’t want mammogram which is a money making but out-dated and at times inaccurate screening, doctors scare women with “you get cancer…”
But once people educate themselves, they won’t fear anymore, but make informed decisions. Women would choose alternative screening to mammograms to take control of their own bodies and not be violated anymore.
In the advanced country of Germany there is even increased VIOLENCE in the delivery room. More and more the press picks up on it, but women and medical staff are being intimidated into silence.
This is in GERMANY, one of THE most medical advanced countries known for its scientists, writers, thinkers, inventors!
Violence in the delivery room: “Thought I was going to die”
‘I was suffocating’: Mother speaks out to highlight obstetric violence.
Measuring disrespect and abuse during childbirth in a high-resource country: Development and validation of a German self-report tool.
These are extreme cases of medical misogyny and to save money by pushing women to give birth fast and/or push for C-Sections (cheaper and faster). But the patronising, disbelieving and dismissing attitudes towards women often start very small.
And Dr. Jules Cormier, who blocked me after I commented my critique, is just a young male doctor who doesn’t seem to have interest in treating the whole person with dignity and respect. Him blocking me made my comment disappear, which means he doesn’t want women to get educated about alternatives. And him blocking me makes me think he will block treatment for women who question his words.
And regarding mammograms and other treatments, when I make choices against a certain treatment or medication, it is NOT out of fear, but that I did my research and make an INFORMED decision, to which I have a right without getting patronised or fear-managed by doctors.
Doctors not only can be wrong, might be inexperienced, but at times are purposely misleading, not to mention patronising and misogynistic.
And of course this doctor is NOT speaking about prostrate cancer and other male affected illnesses, he does the usual that many doctors do, patronise and brainwash women. The power these doctors have gets to their heads. These doctors KNOW that men are not easily influenced with bullsh!t that women are raised to be subjected to from childhood on.
So Dr. Jules Cormier, you can block me on Facebook, but my blog is free speech and even reporting me doesn’t help. You post something in public and are unwilling to engage in conversation when critiqued, I will take the liberty and put you on my blog, even if that is indirect advertising for you. But women are waking up to the bullsh!t of male dominated medicine, and even while female doctors can also be patronising, because they’ve been raised and trained this way, more women are waking up, more female doctors hit the market and more female-only medical centres open up with female-only doctors and staff.
Now, please for the sake of your patients, stop patronising women and treat them with dignity, respect and take them serious, Or you have no business being in the medical field. This doctor is used to being told how awesome he is, and he seems more keen on having a social media presence than actually making a difference in people’s lives. And of course a lot of women compliment him, because women are conditions from childhood on to cater to men and stay clear of any overbearing issues from men.
From all the mainly women who compliment this doctor, one comment stands out, and this is EXACTLY what these type of doctors want: for women to “stay in line” and be the little obedient darlings they are raised to be for male entitlement and admiration.
French original, quote: “Merci beaucoup Dr Cormier tes articles me permettent de rester enligner et parfaitement d accord avec toi”
.

.
English translation, quote: “Thank you very much Dr. Cormier your articles allow me to stay in line and perfectly agree with you”
.

.
And then someone like me comes along and questions him, and he immediately blocks me, because critical voices against male entitlement isn’t welcomed.
The attention seeking entitlement and arrogance of Dr. Jules Cormier shines through.
Again, to all female and male patients, but especially women, DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH! This is YOUR life! Take control of it!

I worked at Pret A Manger and survived systemic workplace bullying during bereavement that involved HR, the top leadership, HQ and even the now “retired” former CEO Clive Schlee. Schlee has been appointed CEO of itsu in 2024 by Julian Metcalfe who gave him the CEO spot at Pret many years ago.
I declined 4 settlement offers if I am silent about my ordeal. But I rather speak out to help others. For an overview of important blog entries of my experience with Pret, please visit “My Ordeal with Pret A Manger”. The little arrow to the right next to each heading will lead directly to the post.

I tell my story for the first time verbally in below audio player interview on a podcast by The Adam Paradox, and wrote two articles in the Scottish Left Review as well as mentioned by the BBC.
